國網中心於7/1(五)邀請鄭智雄博士(Dr. Gary C. Cheng)進行專題演講，講題為「Applications of Modeling and Simulations – Status & Prospect」；鄭博士的研究領域有computational fluid dynamics (CFD), numerical simulations of spray combustion, liquid and hybrid rocket engines, multi-phase flows, turbulence, unsteady aerothermodynamics, super- & hyper-sonic flows, aeroacoustics, shock-boundary layer-wake interaction, fluid-structure interaction, in-depth pyrolysis of charring ablator, continuum-rarefied gas flows, plasmadynamics, electromagnetics等，實體及線上活動資訊如下:
